Feuding Foodies a Foodie Card Game

“I butter that onion!” “I sugar your butter!” “I onion your sugar!”

Strange words, right? But this is exactly what you’ll be saying too once you play Feuding Foodies. In this mouthful of a card game, players team up to cook delicious recipes. But there’s a catch! Each ingredient also has a punny power for destroying your opponents, that is if they don’t destroy you first. Use an Egg to Poach for more ingredients,  Refuel with Coffee to dig in the trash, or Jam a recipe with Strawberry so it can’t be cooked by a competitor.

Feuding Foodies blends both competition and collaboration into a game you can’t help but salivate over. Teamwork comes into play where you and your co-chef combine ingredients to cook recipes. However, you can’t see (nor talk about) which ingredients your co-chef has, and must use different powers to give or gain information. But tread carefully…if you attempt to make a recipe before having all the ingredients, you’ll be penalized. Make too many wrong moves, and this game can quickly turn from feuding with your competition to feuding with your co-chef. Regardless of the style of the feud, this game is sure to bring fun and thrills to every game night.

Feuding Foodies was developed by David Swartz, Aaron Swartz, and Gurleen Bal, three friends from college who wanted to combine their love for games and food. They’ve launched their game on Kickstarter, and in less than 14 hours, reached their funding goal. It’s currently over 185% funded and building momentum each day. You can find more information below.
